I thought I'd give you all an update as there has been no walking, jogging or swimming over the last few days.
I am off to London, Shetland and Edinburgh for the next week, so will (hopefully) be able to get quite a few miles, and some great pictures.
I may or may not be able to upload photos while I am away, but do intend to upload blogs, which I can add photos to at a later date.
